Went here for my annual health checkup. Ms. Reem took care of us and ensured that our whole checkup went smoothly. She handled our whole check up from start to finish and without her we would have taken much longer.Overall it was a pretty professional service. The whole checkup took about an hour. Do note that Saturday was not the best day to go as it was quite crowded and so some tests took longer. The results were informed to me the next day itself so that was good. At the end they even gave us breakfast vouchers.

Very conveniently located, friendly, caring, and professional staff who is always ready to assist with your needs, they have some really good doctors who are always keep to understand ur condition and accurately provide diagnosis. Highly recommended.

Best Dermatologist in Dubai!!!Dr. Shobha Nair, in one visit i could see the difference, i had lost all my hopes but thanks to Dr Shobha and uniCare team for always supportive.

Very bad experience with billing. Be very careful and be sure on what your insurance covered and not cover. They have a tendency to purposefully making the mistakes in the billing. I have experienced this in 3 time since last year. Question them what in the bill exactly. I never recommend this clinic, not just the billing, but doctors also Im not happy with my previous experiences. If you have choice around,dont opt for this one.

Dr Samitha is the best Paediatrician in Dubai. We have seen her for over 3.5 years now and I can highly recommend her. Dr Samitha has always made the vaccination process for babies and children so smooth and she is highly professional. We are forever grateful to her for giving our daughter the best care and giving us the best advice.

Dr. Mamata Mamani is one of a kind. Shes been there since day 1 of my pregnancy till the delivery. Her dedication is way more that what I expected.

Visited Dr. Shobha Nair.Too nosy and judgey about things outside of diagnosis. She didnt provide full information regarding the medicine and its side-effects. Will never go again.

Had the worst experience with the gynaecologist Dr.Jaimal. I have wasted 3 days to buy one of her prescribed medicine. Initially the dosage was written wrong on the prescription. We got it rectified after spending 1hr. After that the nurse/ admin team forgot to give e-prescription number which is mandate for insurance approval. The entire blame was put on new rules and admin team. I fail to understand how can a doctor not check the dosage of a semi-controlled medicine before prescribing it!!!

You come with appointment you have to wait for long, you reached late for appointment staff will say still you have to wait because you are late and your time is gone.Pathetic management. I hate unicare

Dr. Sheetal Vaidya - An experienced, compassionate doctorI am so happy I found her. After suffering for long and visiting numerous doctors she finally made sense of what was happening. She delivered the information in a clear, supportive way and answered all my questions patiently. Her remedies also leaned on lifestyle, diet corrections which most doctors will not bother with. I have visited two times dr sanjay madan orthopedic cuz i stay nearby, hes not over friendly but his diagnosis and medication is spot on. Special mention to the physiotherapist who has a healing touch. Insurance approvals are quick tests results are informed of fast.Also visited dr shobha nair 3 yrs back and her advice and treatment helped me with my recurring skin problem and cured it permanently after visited so many other drs

I have been billed twice or thrice cant even recallA) I have a comprehensive coverage where in big hospitals like Soudi German, American I dont pay for tests, here I am charged 20%, cant understand why. Whereas my husband wasnt charged for the same insurance.B) I was called in May to say I have outstanding and my husband cleared it off in JuneC) When I visited today I was again charged the outstanding, I didnt know there was a mail confirmation of clearing it.I am planning to take this up seriously.

We came to the center on 3d December as walk in patient, waiting was not long, thanks for the receptionists, and Dr. Michelle general practitioner accommodate my daughter, she was great doctor and explained everything for us. Tests approvals came very fast and results & medication were ready by evening. The coordination from doctor Michelle and her nurse were fast and highly professional, we had a very good experience.

DR. Misbah from Muhaisinah branch, uniCare, terrible work done on my wifes teeth. After fixing braces, there were gaps on my wifes teeth. After few months, 6 of her teeth developed cavities and got infected. Now she underwent root canal for 6 of her MOLAR teeth. If you do not have the skill to be a dentist, please quit your job and save lives of other people.

The centre is always overcrowded and I wouldnt recommend all the doctors Ive seen, but Dr. Shobha is brilliant. Im the kind of person who asks a lot of questions and shes always very honest, patient and informative. She doesnt overprescribe or make me feel like I need to get a billion things. Happy with my skins progress so far!!

Dr are good but Nurse & support staff are far below the average. In my case the Nurse Beena didn’t put up the approval for two days in spite of insurance company telling to do so.In one case again the same Nurse refused to allow treatment and kept us waited for an hour with sick child just bcoz of not able to see approval due to technical issue at their end, in spite of My insurance provider confirming to her over phone repeatedly and sending mails as well as my written indemnity. Extremely disappointing!!

Today my appointment was wth Dr sobha at 6.40 but coz of personal issues I was 15 mts got delayed Nd registered center at 7.06 pm Nd waited till 8.13 since it was 15 mts delay from my side to reach exactly by 6.40 , but after waiting for more thn 1 hr 15 mts also Dr was not ready to call by telling tht I was late to hospital Nd was taking 7.50 pm appointment sort of punishing Nd revenging , never expected such kind of behavior from the doctr . It was totally disappointing both her treatment as well as today’s behavior . Evn though previous appointment I use to be on time but still made me wait for 40 mts . Humble request tht we r also human beings Nd our time s also valuable. Never ever do this kind of torture to any more patients . Never got humiliated so much. Unicare s worst choice fr treatment .

Experienced doctors. Highly recommend Dr. Samitha, pediatrician.. My family has been consulting her for the last 14 years. Her expertise is remarkable-so good that shes able to spot my children sick at a glance. She believes in a holistic approach when it comes to healing. This includes apt but not over the top medication.Another special mention has to go for Dr. Shobana Nair, dermatologist. Do visit this doctor is you want to investigate the root problems of skin related issues. She explains it from the root and provides excellent skin management routines.The downside? Very hard to get appointments last minute, very very long waiting periods even after booking appointments.

Worst medical center in all Of DUBAI! It’s beyond me how this place is still in business!!I had an appointment for an intolerance test. Every time I showed up, on time by the way, I had to wait for almost an hour until I gave up and left. I rescheduled and the sameThing happened again. They follow useless process of registration and passing details from One person to another before they even inform The doctor or département that you have arrived. They are absolutely useless and unprofessional. I witnessed this happenTo numerous people during my waits who had to leave after wasting over an hour waiting! Unacceptable!

Have been trying to get an appointment with Dr. Jaimala Shukla from past three weeks. Every time we call the centre for an appointment, the same story is repeated again again where it is the first day of the week or the last day we are sorry but there is no appointment available, can not check for the next week.Each time the representative says try again next week, when they dont know, a week ago (approx) one of the rep said dont worry, we will contact you when we have the schedule for next week, still waiting for that call (which never came).Can tell about my experience with the doc but the experience with the Medical Centre was appalling. NOT INTERESTED IN VISITING ANYMORE OR RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE.Thank you for nothing.

My 3yr old daughter had a fall from the sofa when waiting for her appointment ending up with bleeding lips and gums. I requested for help to stop the bleeding with ice pack and there was neither ice pack nor ice ,nor ice cold water. Neither I could see a first aid box. There were nurses and Doctors who saw me and dint bother to even come near me to offer any help even after pleeding and screaming. Not sure if they were really health care practitioners with such attitude. Being furious I then asked for the Manager to escalate and She too was missing in action who came after good 10mins after the incident and interrupted while I was consulting the doctor where I had an appointment and when I told her that I will see her after consulting she replied to me that she would not want to speak as I was furious and other patients would be affected by my action. Instead of being apologetic and understanding my concern she was being rude and increasing my anger. Unacceptable behaviour was not the word!!! I had two children with me one of 7months old baby and 3yrs old and I was considered after 45mins of my appointment time after all walk in patients were entertained. The manager had seen me before who did not bother to even priorotise me with two kids.Pathetic clinic who lack basic necessities as well as customer service . When I came out of the clinic the manager ding even stay back to talk to me . Heights of ignorance ...

Dr.Samitha is the worst pediatrician you could take your child to. She doesn’t care what you say about your child’s condition she does it her way, she makes an annoyed facial expression when I tell her that the last prescribed medication didn’t do much. She couldn’t cure my child’s cough for 1 month. “It’s the weather change” is her only explanation on every visit so unprofessional, my 4 year old will know this too. She doesn’t suggest any kind of test for verification or peace of mind for that matter, I’m guessing she is unaware she is handling children. Maybe she was good at one point but not anymore. Highly disappointed, very unprofessional! I strongly don’t recommend this doctor.

I visited the clinic for a check up and Reema and the clinic staff were professional and caring during the entire process. I was guided through the check process and with very little waiting time. Unicare is one of the most efficient and well run clinics in Bur Dubai. Fantastic location & Doctors but horrible administration. I paid cash (not insurance) last Saturday for a blood test to check my uric acid level. They were supposed to call me in 24hrs for a result however 5 phone call follow up since Sunday (yesterday evening) but no response every call Im informed someone will call you back?!?! In competitive world of Dubai, just spare a prayer for their survival!!! Next time I will go to a pathology lab in some other clinic not waste my time on such ridiculous service level clinic

Not worth for money... Very expensive. Some Doctors are not ok at all. We consulted Dr. Hina Kausar, really I shocked when we visited and she was not checking properly the patient and listing properly. We asked her about blood checkup and she said for blood checkup come next time it menace all MONEY making idea, they charge more if you compared with other clinics more than 300%.

I would like to thank Dr Vamsi and his nurse for taking excellent care of my child when he had high grade fever. He recovered completely within a few days after starting medications.

Dr Jaimala Shukla is by far the most insensitive gynec Ive come across. I went to her to treat my PCOS and during an ultrasound, she literally told me she couldnt see my ovaries (which isnt the best thing you tell an already scared patient). She then went on to perform a transvaginal ultrasound on me without even asking if I was a virgin or not (which I am). Terrible bedside manners and overall extremely grumpy as a person which is so annoying giving that the area she deals in is a sensitive one. I hate doctors who have a holier than thou attitude and behave like theyre doing you a favour by treating you. She definitely has a massive chip on her shoulder. Stay away!

This is just to share a word of appreciation for Dr Dayal. We had to consult for our Vitamin D results. The waiting period was slightly long since there were GPs on emergency leave. So the expectation was to consult with a doctor who has no time for niceties considering the long roster. Was pleasantly surprised to meet with Dr Dayal who was cheerful and courteous. His demeanour might be a part of his personality but truly one that will be remembered.

Dr Rajshree Ragupathy at unicare Mankhool is a horrible doctor that too a children’s doctor, lacks basic human sense of how to answer question of a worried mother more focused on her fee/consultation fee and in hurry to leave the clinic although she invited us to come to the clinic despite being informed that we will be running a bit late. I don’t think any parent would care about money over their child she was very petty over her consultation fee and acted very uncivilized during the whole visit. Definitely would not recommend her to any parents and their lo.

Took treatment from Dr shobha. That was total waste of time and money for 2 months. Then I went to different clinic and got good results in a week.

I had worst experience with the dentist Dr. SAMAR. In spite of knowing my insurance limit and knowing that I need wisdom tooth extraction very urgently, didnt tell me anything and exhausted my insurance limit with his treatment by charging double than other clinics which I realise at the end of my treatment. After that he is telling me that I cant go for wisdom tooth extraction unless I pay from my pocket as my insurance limit is exhausted. Honestly he could have told me earlier that if I continue treatment with him I cannot go for extraction as he knew everything. But just not to lose one customer didnt tell me and now I m suffering with pain like anything and have to pay 1200-1500 dhs from my pocket for extraction.REALLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I am Dr. Anil patient and i came for my vitamin d 3rd dose injection. Dr. was not available so they said me i can take under other Dr and they themselves enter for Dr dayal and charged me consultation whereas i came only for injection not for consultation. This is not correct infact why are they charging my insurance where i didnt do any consultation. Its unfair.As per my experience only Dr Anil , Dr Hina, Dr Samer, i appreciate. they are awesome.

Unicare does best service to patients. Their ocation is good, easy accessibility by car bus and train. Very good customer relationship. They remember patients and very nicely welcome patients. This is one of the best clinic. Many specialist doctors available and they are very experienced.

We are seeing Dr Samitha for the last 12 years. She is the best pediatrician. Always smiling and listens to our problems very patiently which makes us comfortable. We definitely recommend her for all pediatric problems.

My husband recently visited Unicare Burjuman on 28th Jan as his second consultation where the doctor indicated few additional blood tests. Since that day, despite calling daily, we have still not received the blood reports! Every single day they keep promising to email us the reports.. I wonder how this is termed as patient centricity! Will never go again .. highly disappointed and highly overrated!

I had to consult Dr Dayal on 2.7.18 as I had severe cold and to my ill luck Dr Rajkumar was not available on this day. I had no other option but to consult this doctor. I had been instructed to do an XRay of the chest and blood test and upon doing so when I met the doctor for further medication and consultation I was informed I am having mycoplasm pneumonia. I had been under Dr Rajkumar for this treatment previously (april-may 2018). Today I had asked the doctor to issue me a sick leave for one day as I needed to submit it to school. Dr Rajkumar had given me earlier without charging any fee. This Dr Dayal was only concerned with money. He was so stubborn not to issue me one if I dont pay AED 70. (Teachers one day salary is lesser than this) I told him that I had been given by Dr Rajkumar without charging anything but he was very happy to disappoint me. He argued saying he might have issued me 1 year back. (Ridiculous) Its only in May this year.I wasnt given pathology report also saying its not issued now. Only they will give me a CD of my Xray with no elaborate report,according to him this rule has also changed. Its high time the clinic should scrap this Doctor who doesnt know how to care for the patients.

I visited the clinic on the agreed time but the nurses left and nobody informed me. I came from far and had to wait for 3 hours before the nurse would come back. Very irresponsible service.

Had visited unicare in burjuman some time back and consulted Dr Sanjay Madan who I felt was very good as I improved a lot on my backpain after consultation. He had explained to me in detail about the reasons why backpain occurs and took some time to diagnose me in detail.

Best place to visit, convenient location and best Doctors

By mistake booked a health checkup here and spent more than 1.5 hrs waiting for doctor but that consultation never happened. This place is only interested in making money on expense of some patients / insurance but no service level. A place never to be visited

Went for treatment for my baby and very very bad experience. The doctor cannot give the right medicine for fever and babys fever shot up so we had to go to another hospital. She is always in a hurry not giving any advice never ask any questions and if we ask something always respond in a careless manner. Really pathetic.

I had a very bad experience in this clinic , very unprofessional reception with no proper communication. I came for emergency for 2 times and in both times I was asked to wait few mins to proceed for the doctor, in both times they just left me waiting without any follow up and when I advised them I want to leave the clinic because I can’t wait more they carelessly gave me back my ID.

Got my medicine from unicare pharmacy (burjuman branch) and just found out that it was weeks away from expiration . When I ask them about what happens they just advice me to bring it back imagine the hassle that I need to go back to burjuman coming from Salahudin as if it was my mistake. If I did not take a close look in the packaging I will not notice the expiration date. Its not a joke, we put our trust in your service.

We visit this unicre clinic last two weeks bec my wife has a fracture as per procedure of her insurance we to meet first the GP doctor we follow the instruction sad to say when we meet the Lady GP doctor without examining my wife neither check her she write on her report fracture without explanation.we waited for almost 3 days to meet there ortho doctor.i would not recommend this clinic if i have a choice because staff are not professional

They are having unprofessional customer services .I was disappointed with this clinic services .I went there for medical check , they said that they will give me my medical certificate in the next few days . After more than 2 weeks , I called them to ask for the certificate but they keep changing the lines and then one staff said that they will call me back . I was waiting for the whole day and called them back 3 times . They asked me to wait for their call again and again until they closed their clinic and no one call me back . It is very annoying .
